✔ Náš drážďanský projekt Boulevard am Wall II obdržel kolaudační rozhodnutí. Nic tak nebrání jeho předání novému majiteli – fondu Patrizia – který bude byty v projektu pronajímat.

? Intenzivně pracujeme na tom, abychom již brzy mohli v saské metropoli zahájit další náš projekt s názvem Marina Garden, který vyroste přímo na břehu Labe pár kroků od historického centra.

✔ Our project Boulevard am Wall II in Dresden received a final inspection approval. The next step is the handover to its new owner – the Patrizia fund that will rent the apartments.

? We are doing our best to be able to start the construction of our new project Marina Garden in the metropolis of Saxony soon. It will be built directly on the banks of the Elbe river and just a few steps from the historic city center.

✔ Für unser Dresdner Projekt Boulevard am Wall II erfolgte nunmehr die Bauabnahme. Nun steht also der Übergabe an den neuen Eigentümer nichts mehr entgegen. Die Patrizia AG wird die Wohnungen des Projekts vermieten.

? Wir arbeiten intensiv daran, in der sächsischen Metropole schon bald unser neues Projekt mit dem Namen Marina Garden beginnen zu können. Es soll direkt am Elbufer – nur wenige Schritte vom historischen Zentrum entfernt - entstehen.
